Clients engaging Structiva agree to:

• Nominate authorised representatives.
• Cooperate during onboarding and implementation.
• Review and approve documents where required.
• Maintain communication throughout the engagement.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect service timelines.

Business Administration Solutions are delivered under agreed subscription plans or customised proposals.

Clients agree to:

• Pay applicable fees within agreed timelines.
• Comply with the terms of the Subscription Framework.
• Understand that services are delivered within the agreed scope.
• Request additional services separately where requirements exceed the agreed scope.

Structiva respects the confidentiality of all client information.

Information shared during enquiries, onboarding or ongoing engagements is handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes within the agreed scope of services.

To maintain transparency, Structiva does not:

• Issue statutory certifications.
• Conduct statutory audits.
• Provide legal opinions or legal representation.
• Act as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary or Advocate.
• Act as an insurance broker or insurer.
• Function as a CSR implementing agency unless separately authorised under applicable law.

Our role is to provide structured Business Administration, coordination and governance support.

While Structiva is committed to delivering professional services with reasonable care and diligence, we shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
• Delays caused by third parties or regulatory authorities.
• Client decisions taken independently of our recommendations.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Structiva may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements or service offerings.

Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
