We're inviting talented professionals to become part of our Founding Team as we launch Structiva across India.

Minimum Eligibility

What you need to apply

Education

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience. Experience in Corporate Services, Professional Services, Administration, Consulting, MSME Support or B2B organisations is preferred.

AI Experience (Mandatory)

Applicants should have at least 6 months of practical experience using AI tools in their daily work. Examples include:

  • ChatGPT
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Google Gemini
  • Claude
  • Canva AI
  • Notion AI
  • Grammarly AI
  • AI-powered CRM or workflow automation tools

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate how they have used AI to improve productivity, documentation or business processes.
